Suppliers and service providers can post products, services, or offerings. Buyers can place bids. Similarly, buyers can post their requirements, and suppliers may submit competitive bids. All information must be accurate, lawful, and up-to-date.

3. Transparency & Fairness

The Digital Mandi is a two-way bidding system designed for transparency and fair market interactions. Users must avoid manipulation, collusion, or deceptive practices.

4. User Responsibilities

• Ensure all posted information, prices, and availability are correct.
• Avoid fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful content.
• Respond promptly to legitimate bids or requests.
• Respect other users' rights and comply with platform rules.

5. Payments & Transactions

Any payments, purchases, or agreements arising from bidding interactions are solely between users unless explicitly handled by DesiUstad. The platform is not responsible for failed or fraudulent transactions. Refunds or disputes are subject to the respective user's terms.

6. Intellectual Property & Licenses

All content posted by users remains their property. By posting, users grant DesiUstad a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and share listings. Users must not infringe third-party rights.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:
• Manipulate bidding, falsify bids, or submit spam.
• Use automated bots, scraping tools, or unauthorized software.
• Misuse information for fraud or unsolicited marketing.
• Interfere with platform operations or security.

8. Liability & Indemnification

DesiUstad is not responsible for the accuracy, legitimacy, or outcome of any bids, transactions, or communications. Users agree to indemnify DesiUstad, its affiliates, and representatives against any claims or losses resulting from platform usage.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from bidding transactions must be resolved directly between the parties involved. DesiUstad does not act as an arbitrator or mediator.

10. Termination & Suspension

DesiUstad may suspend or terminate user accounts or listings for violations of these Terms or applicable laws. Existing obligations remain enforceable.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
