User Privacy

Privacy here is not a promise; it is the foundation. Our platform is intentionally designed to operate without collecting the personal information of platform users (Other than registered businesses / profiles, that too to restricted extent).

We do not track your searches, map your clicks, or attach identifiers to your activity. Our technology is shaped to reduce exposure and eliminate unnecessary data trails. You can explore, search, and navigate with confidence, knowing your presence isn't being catalogued in the background or transformed into a profile for someone else's use.

Fees / Charges

We charge very nominal fee, ₹ 9/- per contact. We charge only for contacts you are willing to buy. We do not follow concept of package of minimum contacts, so you are allowed to buy single contact also.

We have observed that few other similar services are charging around Rs. 60/- per contact may be more, they sell it in package like Rs. 1500/- for 25 contacts etc. with limited validation period.

Understanding our Search System and the 'Search by Zone' Feature

Our search system is a well refined and well-controlled platform that empowers users to narrow down results with precision. Users can specifically select their preferred locality, area, or range; whether by PIN code, city, state, or even pan India. To further enhance the search experience, we have introduced a unique 'Zone' concept, allowing for even more selective and controlled filtering. This ensures users connect with relevant businesses or services exactly where they need them, without unnecessary clutter.

The Search by Zone is a unique functionality that allows users to search not just by physical location, but by service reach, ensuring you get more relevant and reliable results.

What is a Search Zone?

It represents the geographical area where a business is either:

• Physically located, or
• Able to deliver services or products

How to Use the Search Tool

• Select option of "Controlled Search" or "Random Search". Read in detail about concept of "Controlled Search".
• Enter the criteria, business tag, service type etc. you are looking for. Our system will look for keywords or combination/s of keywords from criteria you entered. Our system will look within Name of business, various tags associated with that business, group or sector that business belongs to etc. Do not enter here, locality or area.
• Select a Range from the Dropdown Menu: Choose the range (area or locality) of your search: PIN Code, Locality, City, State or Pan India
• Pick a Search Type:
  • Zone (default): Shows businesses that can provide products or services across the selected zone, even if their office is located elsewhere. Example: A business based in Pune that delivers across Maharashtra will appear when you search for “Maharashtra + Zone.”
  • Place: Shows businesses that are physically located within the selected area. Example: If you search for plywood suppliers in “Maharashtra” with “Place” option selected, you will only see suppliers physically located anywhere in Maharashtra.
• Special Note: If you search with 'zone' for a particular PIN, search result will include all businesses within that PIN plus businesses in other PIN but can provide services in your PIN, plus Businesses serving at City level, State level & pan India.
• Important Note: To maintain transparency, fairness, and professionalism, we do not offer premium placements, do not sell leads, and do not allow paid promotions, ratings, or badges. Our platform is designed to reflect a realistic and unbiased directory, free from manipulation. Results are automatically shuffled.

Accessing Contact Details

• You will get immediate, unmasked contact details of the selected businesses.
• You will not receive any promotional or follow-up calls from any source.
• Your personal information stays completely private and protected; data is only shared with consented businesses.

This approach ensures your results are not limited by physical distance, but reflect actual service availability, helping you find the right provider, faster, Hassle-Free and Private.

No Irrelevant Results

We prioritize relevance in every search. If we cannot find a business or content matching your query, we will not display unrelated results. Instead, you will simply see a “No matching results found” message.

No Disturbance of Ads & Popups

We do not want to annoy you with ads. All ads are kept in separate columns & boxes, away from the main content. On smaller screens, ads appear only at the bottom.

'Example' Search Results

For a better understanding of our search system, we have created 'Example' businesses. By clicking the View Examples under 'swift support' on the search page, you can view and analyze the search results. The examples provided are for Maharashtra, but you can analyze results for any region, including Local Area, PIN Area, City Level, State Level, or Pan India, with a selected Zone or Place. Select desired options and click 'Proceed'.
